Canning Fruit Pie Filling
Many of you know that I enjoy canning jams, fresh fruit, etc. I also enjoy canning fruit pie filling such as apple pie filling, apricot pie filling and peach pie filling.
I’ve had friends ask about a recipe so I usually share the flyer that I received from Oregon State University when I checked it their extension office a few years back. That link has been removed but the one below takes you to the Washington State University site.
